I love going on God Walks when it’s foggy. At the marina this morning it was so foggy, I couldn’t even see that well. I finished up my vanilla/Hazelnut coffee and went walking. I had only one reason for this walk SOLACE. I am speaking tonight and Just wanted to de-stress from a VERY stressful weekend. I finished an email to an awesome friend and I was off. Do you ever ask for something and then something different happens? It happened!! Thoughts just started unloading on me. I have learned on my God Walks to take a 3 by 5 card and write. Yes, I am a fake blonde, but I have tendacies to forget things. So I write everything down.
As I reached my car again the chill had disappeared and the sun was shining and already getting pretty warm. I hit the alarm button, knowing I was going to start another day. But something happened, I stopped and sat on a rock in front of me and watched a few seagulls and asked for PEACE once again..
God never fails me..
The yoke of stress was lifted and I started to just praise him. A holy praise…..
