UNDENIABLE

One day or another. We’ve all stood with our backs to the past and our toes touching tomorrow… holding what, we don’t know, but still… we stand. And look. And wonder. And hope.

Life is abrupt.

While we’re limited by our powerlessness to foresee the future, we are never limited in our ability to kibbutz with the One who holds it.

I think that’s why I take such delight in my God. 

I think that’s one reason of several that I crack open my Bible. My God is eternal.

…..Undeniable

…Odd, untamed, and impulsive as it may be.

It’s easy, isn’t it, for us to struggle over our place in this life?

We want to get it exact. 

We want to give it our best endeavor in the hopes we don’t waste our chance at living. This week, I wrestled with decisions and opportunities. I’ve prayed over chances and risks, and I cried in anger over broken promises and broken trusts.

But God’s word led me back to an old verse

In Jeremiah 6 it says:

 Stand… look… ask… and walk, it says, and you will find rest for your souls.

This verse is not something new but it’s something so refreshing. 

 I can sit here and continue to wrestle OR…….

I can remind myself today that my new challenges,  my new hurts   my new joys,  my new opportunities, my  new days… are just new ways for God to prove Himself

  UNDENIABLE.
